Cory Spielberg
Founding Partner
Cory Spielberg, Founding Partner at Visionary Capital, is a full-time real estate and private equity professional with over 20 years of investment experience. Mr. Spielberg has assisted in placing over $100 million in equity and debt investments in real estate, private equity, and venture opportunities.
Mr. Spielberg was previously an Account Vice President and Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services where he helped manage portfolio’s for high net worth individuals and businesses. Mr. Spielberg is active in promoting the causes of several non-profit organizations in the area, previously serving on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and Whitfield School in St. Louis and he is the founder of the Alan Green Fund which donates money to several St Louis area charities. Mr. Spielberg is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of St. Louis University.
Josh Corson
Founding Partner
Joshua Corson, Founding Partner at Visionary Capital, has 20 years of experience in real estate development. After finalizing an $80 million mixed use real estate development in Clayton, MO., Mr. Corson started Visionary Capital. Mr. Corson has participated in the development and brokerage of over $200 million of real estate opportunities.
Mr. Corson is a member of the Missouri Bar with a JD from Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Babson College. Mr. Corson served as an officer on the Clayton, Missouri Chamber of Commerce and on the Clayton, Missouri Architecture Review Board. In addition, Mr. Corson also served as the Chair of the Building Committee for Covenant Place, a low-income senior housing facility, an $80 million development in St Louis.
